We ship from our facility located in Cebu City, Philippines with delivery via J&T Express:

2-3 days: Cebu
5-7 days: Visayas
7-10 days: Metro Manila/ Luzon Provinces/Mindanao

Return or Exchange Requests:
You must request a return or exchange within 10 days from the delivery date.

No Video. No Refund.
To get a refund, you need to provide a video of the unboxing. Without this video, we can't process your refund.

Defective Products:
If your product is inherently defective, let us know within 3-4 days. We'll replace it and ship it to you for free within 10 working days.

Incorrect Color, Size, or Set:
If you received the wrong color, size, or set, contact us within 3-4 days. We'll exchange it and cover the shipping cost.

Condition for Returns or Exchanges:
Items must be unused, in good condition, and in their original packaging, unless they are defective.

Non-Returnable Conditions (as per Republic Act 7394 or the Consumer Act of the Philippines)

Refund Method:
Refunds will be issued via online banking or e-wallets.

4. Cold Water Wash: Wash in cold water on a gentle cycle to protect the fibers and maintain the color.
5. Avoid Overloading: Ensure your washing machine is not overloaded to allow proper movement and cleaning of the bedsheets.

Drying:

1. Tumble Dry Low: Dry on a low heat setting to avoid shrinkage and maintain the softness of the cotton.
2. Remove Promptly: Take the bedsheets out of the dryer promptly to minimize wrinkles.
3. Air Dry Option: For best results, you can also air dry your bedsheets by hanging them in a shaded area.

Ironing:

1. Iron Damp: For a crisp, smooth finish, iron your bedsheets while they are slightly damp using a medium heat setting.
2. Steam Option: Use the steam setting on your iron to remove any stubborn wrinkles effectively.

Storage:

1. Cool, Dry Place: Store your bedsheets in a cool, dry place to prevent mildew and fabric deterioration.
2. Avoid Direct Sunlight: Keep them away from direct sunlight to prevent fading.
