What are your bedsheets made of?

Our bedsheets are made of high-quality premium cotton, which is known for its durability and softness. This ensures customers they are investing in a product that is both comfortable and long-lasting. Cotton bed sheets are certified soft and comfortable suitable for humid nights. 

With a high thread count of up to 400  we guarantee a soft touch on the skin when you use our bedsheets. 

Do the colors on screen look exactly the same when already on my bed?

We try our best to show you the bedsheet colors accurately on our website. We ensure neutral color bed sheets and minimalist design which we all love. However, sometimes the color might look a bit different when you see it in person due to lighting.

How do I wash my bedsheets?

Washing:

• Separate by Color: Always wash white and colored bedsheets separately to prevent any possible color bleeding. While our sheets are designed to be 100% fade-resistant, harsh chemicals may still affect the fabric.
• Pre-Treat Stains: Use a gentle stain remover on any stains before washing. Avoid using bleach.
• Use Mild Detergent: Choose a mild, enzyme-free detergent to preserve the fabric's quality.
• Cold Water Wash: Wash in cold water on a gentle cycle to protect the fibers and maintain the color.
• Avoid Overloading: Ensure your washing machine is not overloaded to allow proper movement and cleaning of the bedsheets.

Drying:

• Tumble Dry Low: Dry on a low heat setting to avoid shrinkage and maintain the softness of the cotton.
• Remove Promptly: Take the bedsheets out of the dryer promptly to minimize wrinkles.
• Air Dry Option: For best results, you can also air dry your bedsheets by hanging them in a shaded area.

Ironing:

• Iron Damp: For a crisp, smooth finish, iron your bedsheets while they are slightly damp using a medium heat setting.
• Steam Option: Use the steam setting on your iron to remove any stubborn wrinkles effectively.

Storage:

RETURN POLICY 


What is your warranty and return policy?

Return or Exchange Requests:
You must request a return or exchange within 10 days from the delivery date.

No Video. No Refund.
To get a refund, you need to provide a video of the unboxing. Without this video, we can't process your refund.

Defective Products:
If your product is inherently defective, let us know within 3-4 days. We'll replace it and ship it to you for free within 10 working days.

Incorrect Color, Size, or Set:
If you received the wrong color, size, or set, contact us within 3-4 days. We'll exchange it and cover the shipping cost.

Condition for Returns or Exchanges:
Items must be unused, in good condition, and in their original packaging, unless they are defective.

Non-Returnable Conditions (as per Republic Act 7394 or the Consumer Act of the Philippines)

1. Change of mind
   2. Misuse or mishandling by the customer
     3. Finding a lower price elsewhere

Refund Method:
Refunds will be issued via online banking or e-wallets.

Evaluation:
Return or exchange requests will be evaluated before approval.

Processing Time:
Refunds will be processed within 10-15 working days from the date of approval.

I have more than 2 pillows for my bed. Can I add more pillow cases for my order other than the 2 free?

Right now our soft bed sheets come with 2 complimentary free pillowcases worth PHP 200. We recommend bed sheets and pillowcases come in the same set of colors for aesthetics, beauty and elegance of your cozy room. 

My sheets get stained, what should I do?

Here are 4 tips we’ve got for you: 

1. Act quickly on stains: The sooner you address them, the easier they are to remove. Don't heat-dry or iron the stained fabric, as heat can permanently set the stain. 

2. Select the appropriate water temperature: Use warm water for stains caused by oil or grease; opt for cold water for most other stains, such as coffee, blood, chocolate, ketchup, and red wine.

3. Opt for mild cleaning agents: Steer clear of bleach and fabric brighteners, which can degrade natural dyes and harm the fabric. Conduct a patch test first if you're uncertain.

4. Be gentle with stain treatment: Rub or pat the area softly instead of scrubbing, which can embed the stain further or damage the fabric.

How do I cancel my order?

I ordered the wrong size of sheets. How can I modify my order?

Simply just reach us promptly. Our lines on all our platforms are always open. You may also email us at comphi.official@gmail.com. Modifications can only be made before the sheets are shipped via our partner delivery service. You may also read more here. 

Where are you shipping from?

We ship from our facility located in Cebu City, Philippines with delivery via J&T Express:

2-3 days: Cebu

5-7 days: Visayas

7-10 days: Metro Manila/ Luzon Provinces/Mindanao

When can I expect my sheets?

We know you are excited about your soft bed sheets. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. During seasonal times like Friday and holidays, order processing can take up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.

Yes, the shipping fee will be calculated upon checkout. The shipping fee is based on two factors: (1) total weight of the item and (2) delivery location.
